My friends and I brought 4 bags of laundry to this place. When we came to pick them up, only one bag was brought to the counter. When we asked where the rest of our clothes were, she told us she had no more clothes. She said someone came to pick up the rest of our clothes already. She was closed every day after we dropped off our clothes, so it was impossible for anyone to have picked them up already. She was yelling at us and refused to listen to our explanations, even when we had proof of how much clothes we brought, who brought them, and how much we paid. She never even tried to look for the obvious amount of clothes we were missing. Finally, another customer came in and pointed to bags that were on the floor behind her that were, indeed, our missing clothes. Another friend had dropped off laundry that same day and decided not to get her clothes cleaned there, and this lady refused to give our money back. For the clothes that we had just brought and she did not start washing! This lady was so rude to us, we will never bring clothes there again.
When we went to pick up our clothes from Maria at the Tintoneria Lavandera, she presented us with a fraction of the clothes that we gave her to wash. We spent 45 minutes trying to explain to her that we dropped off three times as many clothes five days ago, and she made it seem like we were the crazy ones and never gave her the clothes. Horrible customer service. She refused to look for our missing clothes until WE found the clothes in the back. She will not be getting our service again.
